Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm Central Time) will generally ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted at the time of order. Items offered for sale are in stock and ready for immediate purchase and shipment. Dash Office Supply does not provide back-ordering of merchandise. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.
Dash Office Supply takes customer privacy and security seriously. We do not sell or otherwise share customer information with any third parties. Employees of Dash Office Supply will never ask for account passwords, nor will they disclose account details over the phone or via email.
Customers may place orders through out website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their order is accurate prior to completing their order. In the event a customer has a question or concern regarding a product, we strongly advise them to contact us through Customer Service prior to placing their order. We do our best to ensure product listings are accurate, however there is always the possibility of typographical errors. In cases where such an error adversely affects the customer's purchase decision, Dash Office Supply will offer cancellation of the affected item(s) and furnish the customer with a credit for the item(s) in the event the order has already been completed but not yet shipped. If the customer receives one or more items which are substantially different from what was advertised (other than minor cosmetic differences), Dash Office Supply will offer the customer alternatives to resolve the situation which include, but are not limited to, free replacement of the affected item(s) or an account credit to compensate for the discrepancy.
Payment, or payment arrangement, is due at the time orders are placed. Customers may pay via credit card or electronic check/ACH. Dash Office Supply, at its discretion, may offer certain customers the ability to place orders on net payment terms. Dash Office Supply does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign exchange currency.
Pricing of merchandise is at the sole discretion of Dash Office Supply. Where possible, customers will see each item's competitive retail price as well as the discounted price they can purchase the item for from Dash Office Supply.
Dash Office Supply makes every effort to offer significant savings to its customers; however, in some cases there may be no meaningful difference in pricing between what is offered by Dash Office Supply and other online retailers. Dash Office Supply does not price match, nor do we accept manufacturer's coupons or promotional offers.
All customers can view their order history and status in their account dashboard. Updates to this information are provided as rapidly as is reasonably possible; however, such information is not guaranteed to be real-time and is subject to change without notice.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their business, payment and shipping information is accurate at all times. Dash Office Supply shall not be responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses based on customer-supplied information. Orders billed to net terms accounts that are subsequently shipped to an incorrect address based on customer-supplied information will still be due and payable according to the terms of the customer's account.
Customers agree to binding arbitration with Dash Office Supply in the event of an account or payment dispute. The cost of arbitration shall be shared equally by both parties. The choice of both arbitrator and venue shall remain solely with Dash Office Supply.
Use of the Dash Office Supply website constitutes agreement by the customer to all terms and conditions as stated herein. Such terms are subject to change at any time, and in such instances, customers shall receive an email copy of such changes prior to their implementation.
