It is the stated policy of Dash Office Supply that customer privacy and data security are of the utmost importance, and every reasonable effort shall be made to safeguard customer information at all times.

Dash Office Supply does not sell or otherwise share customer information with any third party.  In some instances Dash Office Supply may share information about overall customer trends with third parties for purposes of statistical analysis and marketing, but in such instances these disclosures will not contain identifying or specific details of any kind about our customers.

In the event of an actual or suspected data breach, Dash Office Supply will make every effort to promptly contact customers about the nature and scope of the breach and how customers may be affected.  Dash Office Supply shall also offer details of remediation to resolve the breach and, where necessary, provide no-cost credit monitoring services to customers in instances where it is believed or suspected that sensitive information about them may have been exposed.

Under no circumstance will employees of Dash Office Supply ask customers for passwords, either by email or telephone), nor will customers be asked to provide sensitive information (such as payment details) by text or email.  In the event a customer is contacted by anyone claiming to be an employee or representative of Dash Office Supply asking for such information, they are encouraged to discontinue the contact and email Dash Office Supply Customer Service at [email protected] to confirm that it is a legitimate contact request.
