Returns & Refunds

Use of the Dash Office Supply website constitutes agreement by you to the following terms and conditions as they relate to returns and refunds:

1. Dash Office Supply offers a 10-day return policy on most items purchased through its website, provided the customer first contacts Customer Service prior to expiration of the 10-day period and obtains return authority.  The 10-day window begins from the date the merchandise to be returned is received by the customer.

2. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%, except where the item being returned is defective, damaged during shipping, or is not the correct item ordered by the customer.  In the event an item is returned without all parts, pieces, documentation (such as user or assembly manuals, if any) and original packaging it came in then it may be subject to an additional 5% restocking fee.

3. Any item which is not returnable will prominently display this fact in its description so that the customer is fully aware of this fact prior to purchase.

4. Refunds shall take the form of an account credit which is either applied to the customer's outstanding balance, if any, or as a credit which can be applied to a future purchase in the event the customer does not have an outstanding balance.

5. Dash Office Supply shall furnish pre-paid shipping labels for all authorized returns.   The customer is solely responsible for ensuring adequate repacking of the item(s) to be returned.

6. In some instances, Dash Office Supply may elect to not require return of the item(s) in question, but this will not affect the customer's receipt of a refund.
