FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Below are the most commonly-asked questions from our guests and members, which we hope will provide enough information to help you make the best decision about joining our program. We are constantly reviewing questions we receive to decide whether they should be included in this list, and if there's something you think we need to consider then please visit the 'About/Contact Us' page and send it to us. We promise to respond to you directly, and it might even be added here to benefit others in the future.
How does your net terms program work?

Without going into the exact details (since they're a trade secret anyway!), our cost model enables us to extend credit where other vendors can't (or won't) because we can absorb the potential risk.

The process is simple. Create a login acocunt with us, complete the brief credit application, and select the service plan that works best for your company. We'll promptly review your application, and upon approval your new tradeline will be available for use immediately. That's all there is to it.

For applicant companies with little or no credit history, we may offer a minium starting tradeline, but the good new is that with good payment history, companies can quickly receive limit increases and (in some cases) more favorable payment terms and even prepayment discounts.

How long do I have to pay my net terms invoices?

That depends entirely on which net terms plan you're on.

"Business Starter" plan customers have 30 days from the date their invoices are generated to pay them.

"Business Premier" plan customers have a more generous period of 60 days from the date their invoices are generated to pay them.

"Business Elite" plan customers have the most generous terms, with 90 days to pay their invoices from the date they are generated..

It's important to note that invoices are not generated until the day customer orders ship. This means that the invoice payment is due 30, 60 or 90 days from that date, not from the order date.

Do you report my tradeline to the business credit bureaus?

YES. We report once a month to Experian Business, Moody's, and CreditSafe, and we plan to add other bureaus this year (2025).

New accounts are reported in the first monthly cycle following the date they are opened, so you should see your new tradeline appear quickly. With Experian, it will show up as a "Gen Merch" tradeline (the business credit bureau never list the names of creditors, just the SIC or NAICS category they belong to).

IMPORTANT - If your business is new or doesn't have an Experian file already then according to Experian it could take up to 90 days for your tradeline to show up in a report. This isn't something we have control over. We provide our data monthly to the bureaus, and what happens after that is entirely in their control.

Is approval for an account guaranteed?

The short answer is, YES. We guarantee approval in almost any circumstance. The only exception is when we are not able to verify the information provided about an applicant company. So, if we cannot confirm details about a company's formation documents with the state authority where it was formed then we generally will not approve the application.

This means it is important for all applicants to ensure they are furnishing accurate information about their company when completing the application, so we encourage you to take a few extra moments to review your applicaiton before submitting it.

Why is there a fee for a tradeline account?

We charge a service fee for our program for two simple reasons:

  1. Offset losses - Because we offer credit to virtually any business that applies, we are going to have a much higher rate of defaults than other companies that are more selective in their underwriting decisions. The service fees paid by our account members help to offset those losses so that we can continue to offer our program to new applicants.
  2. Keep prices low - Services fees also play an important role in allowing us to keep our prices low for our members, which makes our service even more valuable to them because they know they're saving money on products they use every day, even when compared in most cases against Amazon prices.

We understand some people may object to the idea of a service fee, but we hope they also realize that other vendors who provide net terms accounts to new businesses have to make up for the losses on defaulted accounts somewhere, and the only way they can do it is to charge higher prices for everything they sell. The benefit to our program is that the cost is one you know up front, and it's a fixed cost regardless of how much you buy. This means the savings you enjoy on your purchases should more than make up for the service fee.

Is there a long-term commitment if I join?

NO. You can cancel your account whenever you like, although we hope to be enough of a benefit to your company that you choose to stay with us.

In the event you do decide to discontinue your account, there are a couple things to keep in mind:

  1. The service fee is non-refundable, even in the case of annual plans. This means you lose the benefit of the unused portion of your selected plan. If you intend to cancel then we suggest you wait until the end of your current term and then choose not to renew. That way you get the full benefit of what you've already paid for.
  2. Any balance(s) on the invoice(s) you have not yet paid are due in full immediately. We require your account to be at a zero balance before your account is closed. The best practice is to pay your outstanding invoice(s) first and then request a cancellation, if that's what you decide to do.
Can I change plans?

YES. Many times people will choose to start with our lowest tier of service to try it out for themselves and see how it goes, and then they will upgrade into a higher-tier plan that will benefit them the best.

We don't pro-rate the new plan based on the unused portion of the customer's current plan when they switch. In other words, if a customer chooses the monthly "Business Starter" plan and then in the middle of the month decides to upgrade, we don't provide credit for the unused portion of that month. It's simply too difficult to calculate the prorates.

If you choose to change plans, whether it's to upgrade or downgrade, we suggest that you wait until your current plan is near the end of its billing cycle so that you get the full benefit of what you paid for before making the switch.

Does my plan payment report to the bureaus?

NO. The business credit bureaus do not accept trade data from companies that offer "pay-for-tradeline" service, and even though that is not th ebusiness we are in, we want to avoid anything that might give that appearance.

This means we only report purchase and invoice payment activity on supplies and merchandise you purchase from us. If there is no activity in a reporting cycle then our report will include zero balances for payments and high balance in that time period.

Using your tradelines is important, because that is the only way anyone looking at your business credit report can determine how well you pay your bills and how much credit you're using. Having multiple tradelines on your report with no activity does not help your credit score.

What are the "rebates" I see in the product listings?

Our service is totally unique, because not only do we give you business credit and the lowest prices on everything we sell, but we even provide cash rebates on every item as well. As you can see, the rebate amounts are generous, so they can provide you with even more savings on everything you buy. How does it work?

As you noticed, every product has a rebate amount, meaning for each purchase of that product we'll track a cash rebate for you. Then, when you pay your net terms invoice, we'll post the total of all rebates for the items on that invoice available to your rebate balance.

You can use rebates to pay toward other outstanding invoices, have them added as credit to your account for future purchases, or you can ask for a check from us.

Rebates are only available to net terms account customers. we apologize, but we don't provide our rebate program to cash customers at this time. The rebate program is one of the incentives to customers to apply for a net terms account with us, so if this sounds like an important benefit and you aren't currently a net terms customer, we encourage you to apply now.
